• Eyeglass spacers: Many headsets come with eyeglass spacers or inserts, allowing users who wear glasses to fit the headset comfortably without pressing against their frames.
• Eye distance (left to right eye space) adjustments: You can adjust the distance between the lenses to match your eye distance, which is especially helpful for many gamers with different facial structures. This adjustment helps improve both comfort and field of view.

Yes, VR headsets have a spacer to allow you to have more room to see. 

If the area is clear and ready for use, it takes 15–20 minutes to set up. 

Yes, but direct sunlight can damage the VR headset's lenses and display, so it's best to have overhead cover. 

Yes, VR headsets require good room lighting for their cameras to track your surroundings accurately. The room should be well-lit, but avoid direct light shining into the cameras, as this can interfere with tracking.
