Welcome to Immersion Point VR! By booking and participating in our VR experiences, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when using our services.

Description of Services:

Immersion Point VR provides immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences for individuals and groups aged 8 years and older. We supply all necessary VR equipment and staff for your event. The customer is responsible for providing a suitable space, access to electricity, and ensuring a safe environment for the experience.

Payment Terms:

• Booking Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The amount and method of payment will be specified during the booking process.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at the end of the event, payable via the methods specified by Immersion Point VR.
• Damage Fees: Any damage to equipment incurred during your event will be charged to the customer. Charges will cover the period from the time of damage until the equipment is repaired or replaced.

Rules for User Conduct:

• Age Requirement: All participants must be 8 years of age or older.
• Respectful Behavior: Use of rude, offensive, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited during the VR experience.
• Care of Equipment: Customers and participants must handle all VR equipment with care. Any intentional or negligent damage will be charged accordingly.
• Safety: Follow all instructions provided by Immersion Point VR staff to ensure safety for all participants.

Intellectual Property Rights

All VR software, content, and materials provided during your event are the exclusive property of Immersion Point VR or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content or materials provided during the experience without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Immersion Point VR is not liable for:

• Any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of the VR equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
• The customer is responsible for providing a safe environment for the VR experience.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Immersion Point VR operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Termination Provisions

Immersion Point VR reserves the right to terminate the event or refuse service at any time if participants violate these Terms and Conditions, especially with regard to age requirements, inappropriate behavior, or improper use of equipment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and damage fees may apply.By booking with Immersion Point VR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
